Cushman Wakefield Senior Project Manger Cushman Wakefield is one of the largest real estate
services firm in the world with offices in over 40 countries. I serve as the manager
of the projects and systems used by C&W's Capital Markets Division.
Capital Markets includes Valuation Services, Investment Banking, Analytics,
Debt&Equity, and other financial services. I currently manage an internal
team of 5 hand picked developers and an external team of over 25 consultants,
both onshore and off. My largest systems have been for Valuation Services, one of
C&W's most profitable groups. They
process over $120M of revenue per year and are integral to the appraisal of

City Hotel Industry. Globicus.com – Helped revived a large
Coldfusion/MS SQL Server based website for a dotcom targeted to economists,
strategists and stock analysts. The website generates thousands of graphs of
economic indicators using EcoWin. One of the original founders of the site
was the Nobel Prize winning economist, Robert Mundell. Various

applications for MetLife’s Group Insurance department including MetLife’s
first Client/Server system. This system calculated the sales incentive
plan for the entire US Group Insurance sales force. Sloan Kettering Cancer
Ctr Programmer/Data Analyst, Department of Neurology Designed and implemented database systems (PC and VAX
mini-computer based) for storing and analyzing clinical and experimental data
for an AIDS research project funded by the Nation Institute of Health. Cornell Univ.
Medical Center Programmer/Data Analyst Team member of a medical research project investigating
the usage of a P.E.T. (Positron Emission Tomography) brain imaging
system. Responsible for writing software that cut a 5 day manual
process to less than one hour. Other projects
included performing data analysis of digitized speech patterns and creating
