Cushman Wakefield is the largest private real estate services firm in the world with offices in over 50 countries. I serve as the IT project manager for the systems used by C&W's Valuation and Advisory division. I manage numerous production systems, internal and external teams, both onshore and off, and a capital budget over $1.5M annually.
My largest projects have been for our Valuation and Advisory group, one of C&W's most profitable divisions. V&A revenue is over $200M per year and my systems are integral to the appraisal of hundreds of billions of dollars of commercial property each year. Major systems include:

We participate in C&W’s global help desk to support our users around the clock. My team is also at the forefront for virtualizing many of our applications using VMWare and are eyeing MS Azure for future projects.
Independent Consultant 9/2003-8/2004 CGS - Senior developer of an n-tier client/server C#.Net/MS SQL application used for order processing. I was involved from its architectural design through deployment. The system provides the ability to perform all tasks related to the sale of Broadway Theater tickets, hotel and dinner reservations, and miscellaneous tourist activities to the NY City Hotel Industry. It is used by hotel concierges, guests, and a call center.
Globicus.com – Helped revive a large Coldfusion/MS SQL Server based website for a dotcom targeted to economists, strategists and stock analysts. The website generates thousands of graphs of economic indicators using EcoWin. One of the original founders of the site was the Nobel Prize winning economist, Robert Mundell.

MetLife New York, NY 8/1989-4/1992 Programmer/Analyst Programmed and supported several Sales and Marketing applications for MetLife’s Group Insurance department including MetLife’s first Client/Server system. This system calculated the sales incentive plan for the entire US Group Insurance sales force.
Sloan Kettering Cancer Ctr New York, NY 8/1986-7/1989 Programmer/Data Analyst, Department of Neurology Designed and implemented database systems (PC and VAX mini-computer based) for storing and analyzing clinical and experimental data for an AIDS research project funded by the Nation Institute of Health.
